Our label warnings state that the following should not take Neu•Becalm’d™ capsules or chewable tablets, Neu•Replenish™, Neu•Recover™, Neu•Relieve™, Neu•Slim™:

1. Phenylketonurics -- This is a rare metabolic disease that prevents the conversion of the essential amino acid, phenylalanine, into a useful form. Those with this condition are aware of it and are on very stringent diets. Every baby born in the US is tested for Phenylketonuria (PKU).
2. MAOI's -- (Mono Amine Oxidase Inhibitors). These are antidepressants that are seldom used (i.e.Parnate, Marplan or Nardil). If unsure, ask your physician or pharmacist.
3. Antipsychotic medications -- These meds work to suppress the release of dopamine and sometimes serotonin. Our products work to increase the production of these same neurotransmitters. If unsure about prescriptions you are taking, ask your physician or pharmacist.
4. Pregnant or lactating women -- Anyone who is pregnant or nursing a baby, or who wants to get pregnant, should always consult their health care professional before taking any medication or nutritional supplement.
5. Panic Disorders -- Most people experience some anxiety, this precaution is for those who have a history of panic attacks. Neu•Relieve™ is the one NGI product that can be taken by those experiencing panic attacks -- as long as none of the previous four (4) is an issue.
